replacement window balance

A home owner from Florida says:
Replacing two balances stamped 21 12
Window weighs about 28 lbs
I was going to oeder your item number 22" Series 351 Channel Balance
Product Code: S351-22
using the 2150 weight range but am unclear if i should be dividing the weight by 2 since each balance would be carrying half the window weight.??
I am ready to order now.
Thank you, David

Thanks for posting, David. You would not divide the weight in half, no. All of our option weight ratings are listed assuming both balances are supporting that weight in tandem.

If you want, I can confirm whether you have the S351-22. I would need you to take a few pictures of it and upload it here for us to see. I don't often see a "21 12" stamp associated with that Series.
