A handy person from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada says:
this weather stripping was in a wood window manufactured by Willmar. the bubble has two small ribs/fins. The weather stripping slots in place in two grooves in the window frame, one for the barbed kerf and one shallower groove for the "front edge" on the right side in the photo..

Take a look at our 58-055, or maybe even our 58-053. These appear to be the closest matches we have to your seal. Could you use these?
