rollers for patio sliding door

A home owner from Phoenix says:
Please see if you can identify them. Each side of the door has double rollers. They are adjustable but the screws are frozen. I don't know how to take them off, I removed the one mounting screw on the edge of the door, above the adjustment hole, but the roller assembly didn't budge.

If you can't identify them unless removed please let me know how to do it.

Another option might be some penetrating oil, since the rollers don't appear worn beyond use.

thanks

Paul from SWISCO responded:
I believe you have a tandem roller similar to our 81-056, where the top installation screw goes behind the door side cap. From the view you're showing me, it looks like you unsnap the side rail off of the door and slide the wheel out.
A professional from CA says:
Looks more like 81-164. The dimples are probably keeping the roller locked in place. Like Paul said, the roller should slide out the end. Use a block of wood and mallet to knock it off the glass. Make sure the rubber gasket is wrapped onto the glass and tap it back on.
