rotating cilinder broke

A home owner from Ohio says:
I would appreciate any help, the mechanism seems to be working fine but only the cylinder is loose and broke. Attached are the pictures from my windows systems that you don't seems to have exactly as these ones. Could you help me understand what I need to change and what will be the part that I need to buy from the site. Only numbers I see are 20755 and 40471. Thanks in advance

This looks like a Caradco casement window. To start with, check out our 39-155 operator along with the 39-107 cover. Also look our 39-114L standard handle and the 39-205 folding handle.
