scissor style crank out, threads gone on housing to hold in corkscrew

A handy person from Il. says:
the crank only opens, can't return window. the brass insert nut has stripped out threads on housing, no way to repair existing housing. Found the word truth written on scissor bar and housing, the #45142 on housing and u.s. pat. 4505601. the scissor bar also has the # 30895A
A handy person from Il. says:
by scissor, I meant dual arm with two extension arms per side, each ~ 9 inches. The closest thing I saw on your site was a roto dual arm, but that is not for awning, since one arm is a track guide and other to extend window. I have an awning style. you have truth brand , but not mine. I am trying to send a pic, when I figure it out will send. Ed
A contractor from Antioch, Il. 60002 says:
sending pics of device, the corkscrew piece does not show brass nut that goes on stem, if I have to I will use the old ones. I need two crank outs if you have them. Ed

Hello. We would like for you to compare your operator to our 39-083 dual arm crank and see if this could be a possible match for you.
