screen replacement

I have a house with old tilting windows that i dont know how to get the screens out of them for replacement - seems they are in there own tracks and wont come out - i have used you parts 15-046 cams in the past - this may help to find out the kind of window i have. if you have any ideas please contact me - thanks

You most likely have a side-load screen. It will have springs on one side of the screen frame to hold it into the vinyl track. Take a look at the video on how to replace screen corner spring; that will give you some idea on how to remove it.
