simonton double hung balance foot?

the piece which allows the window to interact with the balance. its a casted piece, made in china, includes two different stamps. the stamp on the bottom has 07 over 45, and the stamp on top is a 10.

The part in your picture is known as a pivot bar. This particular pivot bar, however, has been discontinued and is no longer made. The manufacturer recommends the 26-336 as a replacement, however I cannot be sure if it will work in your pivot shoe. Look it over and see what you think.
