Hey, thanks for posting, Omer. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

I will be ordering 2 of 385-29 & 2 of 380-29 for the balance spring. However, not sure what "stamp" option to use? Please recommend.

Also, still need the Top Sash Channel Balance guide recomendation. Please support

Tom from SWISCO responded:
For the top sash guide, see our 18-171. We don't have an option that corresponds to a 28 9 stamp, so you will have to weigh your window sash in order to determine which is best.
A quick learner from San Jose says:
Just recieved parts. Window fixed. Thanks for the excellent service. Best online experince I have ever had.
