slider slicker not working!

A quick learner from Colorado says:
I purchased Slider Slicker for my sliding glass door. It seems to work for about two days and then the door is worse than it was before using it. It acts like it has a break on and grates on the slide. The door will actually lift up some instead of slide.

I have wiped it off and reinstalled it three or four times. This is a problem. I also wonder if this is only good in freezing temperatures?

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear that you're having so much trouble. Now, it sounds like the lubricant is balling up on the track. What condition are your existing rollers in? I'm wondering if they have a flat spot. Give the rollers a look and see what you think. You may have to consider replacing them.

Used slicker on my sliding door track and I could finally open and close it. Used to ripp my fingers off on the outside slot.
Have to change the roller someday, but I don't use this door too often , so glad it works now,
Worked good for me
