sliding door rollers

A quick learner from Port St. Lucie, FL says:

I just ordered some sliding door rollers pt# 81-090. however looking at the picture I could not tell the size (width) I ordered anyway hoping they would fit but they didn't. I require a width of 3/4 inch. do you have anything like that?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. For future reference, all of the dimensions we have for the 81-090 are shown front and center.

As for your roller, can I see a few pictures of the original removed from the door? Can you also confirm the rest of the dimensions as compared to those we show for the 81-090? Thanks!

it is 3/4 inch wide 1 1/8 hi 2 inchs long
it back in the door now so no pictures

looks just like the ones I got except biger

I'm afraid we can't find a larger version of the 81-090. Can we see those pictures? There may be some small detail you missed that we could pick up on to help put us on the right track. Make sure your old rollers are completely removed from the door before you take your pictures. Thanks!
