Casey from SWISCO responded:
I'm afraid this roller has been discontinued and is no longer available. That said, a friend of ours says the 81-279 works as a nice replacement. The adjustment screw is a little higher, but the wheel rolls nicer than the noisy old type tank treads.
A professional from CA says:
Check the screw before putting the door back in the frame. If the adjustment screw can't be reached after installation, put a shim inside the slot to bring the roller out a little.
