My snap-in dimension is little bigger than 55-180 and little thinner than 55-180 in your pictorial snap shot. Can I use this 55-180 for now? Thanks,

I think our 55-203 would be a better fit for your window. The the back leg (11/16") that goes behind the glass is not as critical as the three other sides at 1/2", 3/8" and 5/8".
