#1 is a 3/8" tube 24 1/2" from the center of the top hole to the bottom of the tube.
#2 is a 3/8" tube 35" from the center of the top hole to the bottom of the tube.

With a 3/8" diameter, you appear to have our Series 400 spiral balances. However, please remeasure their lengths and include only the metal tube portion of the balance, not the tips.

The tube portion of #1 measures 24 7/8 in. overall and 24 5/8 in from the bottom of the tube to the center of the top mounting hole.
The tube portion of #2 measures 35 in. overall and 34 3/4 in from the bottom of the tube to the center of the top mounting hole.

Please take a look at our S400-25 and S400-35 Spiral Balances, for your 25" and 35" balances, respectively. As for the bracket, I think our 17-031 would be your best choice.
