I ordered the wrong ones....I need the white tipped skinny one from the photo....I ordered the 31" red tipped ones which are too fat...THANKS!!!

Hey, good to see you again. Check out our S900-31 spiral balances, I think these are what you want. The Red Tip is the standard tip, not White, but it may still work for you. Two of these balances with Red Tips can carry a sash weight of 10 through 22 pounds. Does your sash's weight fall within that range?
