stamp number

A handy person from fort myers, florida says:
I need a S385-36 balance, the one I took out was stamped 3518. Which option would I pick for that stamping. I was not able to weigh the window, it is 32x36 double pain aluminum frame.
Thanks for your help.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
That's an odd stamp. What is the weight of your window sash? You can remove it and place it on a scale to find out. Then, compare that weight to the chart we have for the S385-36 to determine the best option. If your weight does not fall under any of the options listed on that chart, let me know.
