tilt window shoe

A handy person from Litchfield, IL says:

I need two of these. The metal piece that the window peg slides into, is broken. I have included some pictures that may help in the identification. They measure 1/2" thick, not quite 2 1/4" tall and not quite 1 1/4" wide. I also need 1 Charging Tool for Tilt Windows (75-033). You can email me if you have all these and then I can place an order. Thank you for any assistance.
