unidentified shoe

A contractor from GA says:
Hey,

do you recognize this shoe? Am working with vinyl, single hung tilt window. If it helps you, i notice that the window does not have typical spiral balances. They are are a square tube that lets out a cord of some type. House was built in 2002.
User submitted a photo of a pivot shoe.

There are a couple choices you could consider, based on your dimensions. See our 15-129, which is 9/16" thick, and our 15-135, which is 1/2" thick. Let me know what you think.
A contractor from Savannah Ga says:
I will have to pull one and get the dimensions. will let you know. Thx
