unknown stamp option

A landlord from Chilliwack BC says:
Hi there,

Looking to replace channel balances on my rental apartment, have one of the channel balances off and the only stamp on there says 20C U.S.B.

I've figured out the 19-002 top, 15-004 bottom and the length is 21 inches...just need to know the stamp.

Also, do I need to bother changing the top sash guide?

Thanks,

Ray

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Thanks for posting, Ray. With a stamp like 20C, you may want to go with our 2030 option. However, it wouldn't be a bad idea to weigh your sash just in case.

You don't necessarily have to change your top sash guides. Do they look worn out? Give them a little once-over and see what you think.
