vinyl window info sticker

A contractor from galloway, ohio says:
I have this vinyl window and the bottom sash will not stay up. It looks like both coil springs are broken. This sticker is on the edge of the sash. Any idea what size or type of parts I will need?

If you can, please show us a picture of the coil springs and the pivot shoe they attach to. That will help us determine the best replacement.
A home owner says:
This is a picture I took of the hardware in the window frame. When looking through youtube for a replacement how to, I found a video from your company showing how to replace. I am a home improvement contractor and I am pretty skilled mechanically. My question is, there is not a cut out in the window frame that would allow the balance spring to be removed. Is this something I have to cut myself?

Thank you. Please see our 15-111 pivot shoe and 1/2" thick Series 160 coil spring. Keep in mind that you only need to replace what's damaged. If a part isn't broken, you can still reuse it. When ordering the coil springs we will need the stamp weight number on the old coil springs to choose the right option.
