From your photos, the top sash guide looks a lot like our 18-166, while the balance looks like our Series 390 channel balance. This comes with our 19-002 nylon balance top and 15-001 (1-1/8" depth) bottom nylon shoe. Please compare this hardware to yours to confirm. The stamp option would likely be our 2830 but you can always weigh your sash to confirm.
