window catch slide

A quick learner from High Point NC says:
I need only the plastic slide, you should be able to see where is broken at bottom of catch. Window will not stay in the catch for it to lock in.....MI single hung.

Thanks for posting. The part you need is what's known as a pivot lock shoe. Check out our 15-180 and see how well this matches your own.

If the springs are still good I don't see any reason why they need to be replaced, as well. Check out the video below for replacement instructions.
