window channels need.

A distributor from Falmouth Kentucky says:
I have two sets of window channel sets I need. The first channel is a 2720 bsi. It measures metal to metal 28" long. THe second channel is stamped 2130 bsi. It measures 22" long metal to metal tip to tip. I am also in need of the plastic stops that go at the top of the window. They are black plastic u channels. They measure 6" long and 7/8 wide and 5/8 deep. I sent different pictures of the window channels themselves beause I wanted to make sure you could see the boots on each end of the channels.

I really appreicate your help on these and will be glad to answer any questions you may have. Does the window channels come with the end boots. I hope they do and are rivited on so I do not have to install them.

Thank you.

Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385.

Now, as you can see, the only difference between these two Series is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

I checked out the boot and the 2720 bsi has the 15-004 boot and the 2130 bsi has the 15-005 boot and I need a pair of each. Were you able to find the plastic stops I questioned about? here is a picture of them

Great, sounds like you need both the Series 380 and the Series 385 channel balances! As for the cover, our 55-043 may be a match, but I'm not sure. You don't need two per window, though. One should suffice.
A distributor from Falmouth Kentucky says:
I am getting ready to order the window channel s 380 22 and s 385 28. You were not sure of boot used and I responded that the shorter channel took 15-005 and the longer one took the 15-004. My question is will the boots be installed on the ends of the window channel or do we have to install.

We actually install the nylon attachments for all our channel balance Series right here at the warehouse. You don't need to worry about assembly at all!
