window cranks needed. { help please help }

A quick learner from USA says:
Our home was built in 1957 anderson windows ?? all awning type the window cranks are not working @ need replaced { still original windows } 12 in total.

pictures enclosed of a crank all are the same.
if more detailed info, is needed please let me know.

I believe you have an older model Andersen operator. See our 39-389 operator, this could be a possible replacement. However check to see if you have the room for the tracking bar that gets attached to the sash. Ours is 39" long. I'm not sure if you will have the room for it in your window. You might have to use the 39-390 short kit for your window. You will also have to re align the operator base so that the window will open and close properly. Let me know your thoughts.
