Thanks for posting. I'm not sure exactly what this is. I think you could either have our Series 390 or Series 351 channel balance, depending on the size of your shoe. I would also recommend remeasuring the length of the metal channel. It should end on the inch. Finally, I recommend weighing your sash to determine the proper stamp option.
