I see the same hinge in your picture on your website. We have quite a few windows in our condo complex which have rusting hinges. The picture of the hinge that I downloaded to you was given to me by the developer. I have not been able to reach him lately so I am contacting you. Much mahalo !

Thanks for posting. The part in your picture is known as a pivot bar. Specifically, our 26-040 looks like a close match, but you will need to double check our dimensions to be sure they all match up.
