A home owner from ontario can. says:
it is right hand. I have a part # of 45136 on the base, a # of 40052 on what I would call the arm. the mechanism is stripped. I may also need a left hand. can I get new ones?

Paul from SWISCO responded:
I'm not sure exactly what it is you have, but see our 39-254E and 39-255E. These may be what you need. Carefully compare our pictures and information to your own hardware to confirm. If not, we will need to see pictures of your operator out of the window so that we can find a better match.
A quick learner from Chatham, On. Ca. says:
The picture looks much like the one I have, screw spacing looks the same, but the arm on mine instead of 7 1/2 is 13 3/4. Can you match that. Thank you Casey.

Hmm... how about our 39-013 and 39-014? Could these be better?
