window parts

A landlord from New York City says:
December 10, 2015
Part #1 I see the number 3 inscribed on the gold piece of the part.
Part #2 On the underside, I see the letters c-ANY and 1356
Part #3 on the Front Side has a P52 and then at the bottom it says lock and on the back of part 3 it has a P51 and P61 and a number 5 as well.
