window parts need replacement

A quick learner from California says:

Hi,

I don't know the manufacture. I have a name Aloa but it is unclear if this is manufacture or installer's name. Please help to find replacement parts. These windows are double slider with the ability to rotate inward for cleaning both sides from the inside.

Thanks for posting, Dao. The vent lock you show is similar to our 26-122, but we haven't seen this type of pivot bar set up. Can you show us a picture of the pivot bar removed? Can you also give me your dimensions?
