replacement NuPrime window sash channel balance

A home owner from Duluth MN says:
November 28, 2015
need a new channel balance for a "NuPrime" double hung window. Aluminum channel measures 24 7/16 long, 1/2in. channel and has a number 2430 stamped on it. Do you need any more info than this to find a replacement? Peg

Hello, Peg. Yes, we will need more information. If you can, please show us pictures of the top and bottom nylon attachments. Please also confirm that when measuring the length, you're only taking into account the metal channel. It should end on the inch, not the 7/16".
