Hi, 3 photos of vinyl window double hung. It is not a part from MI Windows and Doors. It may be from Patriot Windows. Can you tell from the info I submitted, and do you have the part?

Take a look at our 90-281 lock and 90-282 keeper. These appear very similar to what you have, but just make sure the meausrements are the same.
