windows balance replacement

Hi,

the tension string on one side of the window broke.

The balance is marked "25 5 AT CALDWELL". No other markings.
Metal part is 26" long and 1/2" wide.

The window is vinyl,double pane with a lattice insert.
44.5" wide, 28.5" height, 1.75" depth.
I have not weighed it but I guess the 25 marking refers to weight.

I'm looking to buy a pair of these balances.
If you have the correct model please indicate it and also please include the price.

Hello! Please start with our S385-26 with a 2550 option. This may be what you want.
