How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, login to your SWISCO.com account by clicking on the "Sign in" link in the upper right hand corner of every page. After you have logged in to your Personal Account Center, click on the "View Your Complete Order History" link found among the navigational links in the center page. From here, click on the "View Order" icon located within the order you wish to cancel. Simply click on the "Cancel Order" icon at the top of the page.
Orders cannot be canceled after they enter processing.
