What does my order's status mean?
Below is the list of Order Status headings we use, and their explanations.
- Acknowledged
- Your order has been submitted to SWISCO. The items and their quantities cannot be changed. This order can be cancelled by clicking on the Cancel Order button found in the Order Details section of the customers Control Panel. Once an order enters the Processing stage, it can no longer be cancelled.
- Backordered
- One or more items in this order are currently on backorder. When all of the items become available, your complete order will be shipped.
- Cancelled
- This order has been closed and cannot be re-opened.
- Cancelled (Pending)
- You will be notified when this order has been cancelled, and credit card refunded.
- Invalid Shipping Address
- The shipping address for this order is invalid. Please click "Edit Address" found in the Order Details section of the customer Control Panel to provide a correct shipping address for this order.
- Pending
- This order is on hold pending a response from you. Click on Order Details in the customer Control Panel to view more detailed information about why your order is on hold.
- Processing
- This order is being prepared to ship and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
- Shipped
- The order has been shipped via UPS, and can be tracked by clicking on Order Details in the customer Control Panel.
