Order Transaction:

Minimal personal information is needed from customers in order to complete a transaction: customer name, company name, shipping address, billing address, credit card information, and contact information.

Email Addresses:

Swisco does not sell or trade email addresses.  The only reasons email addresses are collected from customers is so we can contact a customer with problems or confirmations about an order, and so customers can conveniently log in to the Swisco Web site and look up their past orders.

Customer Accounts:

When a customer creates an online account with Swisco, the customer has the option of volunteering store their contact, shipping, and billing information. The advantages of having a customer account is speedier checkout, special discount prices for repeat customers, personalized support, and the ability to lookup past orders.  For any further inquires, or if you would like to delete your account, please contact us.

Past Orders:

Customers are able to look up their past orders with Swisco by logging into the Swisco account.

Cookies Are Good:

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide identification of the visitor and for managing his/her session. Cookies are needed to manage a customer's shopping session, and we recommend that you leave them turned on so our online store will function properly.
