Return/Exchange Policy

Return a Stock Item:

If a stock item (not including tools or custom-made merchandise) is returned within 30 days of delivery, SWISCO will refund the customer the item's cost minus the delivery charge and a restocking fee. Returned stock window balances are subject to a 35% restocking fee and all other stock items are subject to a 5% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for returning the merchandise and the shipping & handling charge. SWISCO will process the refund when we receive the returned merchandise. If the return is a result of a SWISCO error the customer will be refunded the delivery charge and restocking fee. While SWISCO is happy to make recommendations, SWISCO will not wave restocking fees if the recommended product does not work in your application.

Warranty:

SWISCO does not offer any express warranties.

Exchange:

SWISCO will not honor requests for exchanges.

Damaged Packages:

Inspect all packages at time of delivery, please do not accept or sign for damaged products. If you reject a delivery because the shipment was damaged, please notify us immediately so we can reship your order.

If you do accept a damaged package, please contact us by clicking on the "Contact Support" link found in your SWISCO account page. and include your order number so we can help you replace the shipment.

Custom-Made Merchandise and Tools:

All custom-made merchandise and tools are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

Packaging a Return:

Upon receiving a return confirmation, you then have 14 days to return the product to SWISCO. If your return is not sent back within that time period, SWISCO may either assess an additional restocking fee or refuse to accept the returned product.

  • Pack the product with all its original contents.
  • All related installation hardware must be included with the return.
  • Item(s) showing signs of customization, physical damage, abuse, or vandalism will not be accepted for return. A product cannot be submitted for warranty if the defect was caused by customer abuse, negligence, mishandling, or improper installation.
  • Original sales invoice must accompany the return.
  • Please write the Order Number on the shipping label.
  • For your protection, we recommend you insure your shipment.
