Shipping Policy

Swisco uses UPS to ship all orders that are placed online. If you select an item that is temporarily out of stock, our staff will contact you via email or phone. Depending on the quality and/or volume of the merchandise, orders may be shipped in more than one box. UPS does not allow us to deliver to P.O. boxes. Stock orders shipped via UPS Ground and UPS Standard are shipped within five business days. Stock orders shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, and UPS Next Day Air will ship by the end of the following business day.

Shipping and handling charge will be determined at time of checkout; the cost will reflect UPS's shipping charge, plus an additional handling fee per order.

Shipping method availability depends on customer's location and items ordered. Swisco and its courier are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to in-climate weather, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, or equipment/system malfunctions. In the case of a delay, we will deliver your order as quickly as possible once conditions return to normal.

Canadian deliveries may be delayed, due to customs verification. Please understand fees at time of delivery or delays, cannot be foreseen nor controlled.

We are not responsible for misaddressed shipments; however, we will make every effort to correct them. UPS charges Swisco $5 for each misaddressed package. We have no choice but to pass this charge along to you, so please be sure to double check your address information.

Shipping Methods

• Ground:

  UPS Ground provides day-specific delivery to destinations in the United States. This shipping method is available to all of the 50 states.

• Standard:

  UPS Standard to Canada provides a reliable choice for less urgent shipments to Canada. This shipping method is available to all delivery addresses in the 10 Canadian provinces. Rates do not include customs clearance cost. Brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to importer.

• Next Day Air:

  UPS Next Day Air features fast, reliable overnight delivery to all 50 states. Some shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and remote locations may require additional time in transit.

• 2nd Day Air:

  UPS 2nd Day Air is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service. This shipping method is available throughout the United States.

• Next Day Air Saver:

  UPS Next Day Air Saver offers an affordable delivery option for those important shipments that require next-business-day delivery, but do not have to be there in the morning. This shipping method is available in the 48 contiguous states.

Damaged Merchandise

Inspect all packages at time of delivery. Please do not accept or sign for damaged products at delivery. If you reject a delivery because the shipment was damaged, please notify us immediately so we can reship your order.

If you do accept a damaged package, please contact us and include your order number so we can help you replace the shipment.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

SWISCO does not accept orders with multiple shipping addresses. A separate order must be placed per shipping address.
