Product Descriptions

Swisco attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Swisco does not warrant that product descriptions are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Swisco itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition.

Product Images

Product images are of the actual product or a close representation. Due to the differences in computer monitors and graphics cards, product colors can vary. We do our best to show you the color of our products but if there is any question please feel free to contact us. For products that offer multiple options, we do not always have a picture of every product with every option.

Pricing

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Product Warranty

The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Shipping Policy

Swisco uses UPS to ship all orders that are placed online. If you select an item that is temporarily out of stock, our staff will contact you via email or phone. Depending on the quality and/or volume of the merchandise, orders may be shipped in more than one box. UPS does not allow us to deliver to P.O. boxes. Stock orders shipped via UPS Ground and UPS Standard are shipped within five business days. Stock orders shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, and UPS Next Day Air will ship by the end of the following business day.

Swisco and its courier are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to in-climate weather, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, or equipment/system malfunctions. In the case of a delay, we will deliver your order as quickly as possible once conditions return to normal.

Canadian deliveries may be delayed, due to customs verification. Please understand fees at time of delivery or delays, cannot be foreseen nor controlled.

We are not responsible for misaddressed shipments; however, we will make every effort to correct them. UPS charges Swisco $5 for each misaddressed package. We have no choice but to pass this charge along to you, so please be sure to double check your address information.

Exchange:

SWISCO will exchange a stock item (not including tools or custom-made merchandise) within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise, any price difference, and the shipping & handling charge. We will only refund shipping costs if the exchange is a result of our error.

Return a Stock Item:

If a stock item (not including tools or custom-made merchandise) is returned within 30 days of delivery, SWISCO will refund the customer the item's cost minus the delivery charge and a restocking fee. Returned stock channel balances are subject to a 35% restocking fee and all other stock items are subject to a 5% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for returning the merchandise and the shipping & handling charge. SWISCO will process the refund when we receive the returned merchandise. If the return is a result of a SWISCO error the customer will be refunded the delivery charge and restocking fee.
