how do i remove a drawer that has this glide. My daughter's drawer over flowed with junk and something is behind the drawer that prevents it from closing completely. I cannot figure out how to remove the drawer. There is no spring clip that I can see. Do I need to remove the rail entirely? Help!

Standing in front of the furniture, placing 1 hand on each end of the drawer front, stand back and PULL.
Pull straight out. Once it has come past the stop feature, the drawer can be removed.

The metal tracks are custom lengths depending on the drawer manufacture. Try contacting your furniture manufacture or a local furniture repair shop. You can also try to contact Kenlin directly to see if they can help supply you with a local contact.

I need to replace this part but mine only has a place for 2 screws and instead of being in a square shape the top is rounded. Its plastic and brown and says,
"KENLIN"
"RITE-TRAKII"
and on the other side it says,"Patents Pending" and underneath that "B6"
Do you have any of theses?
