This 22-010 key pull handle has a protrusion to fit into a 1/4" square hole.
Please note, you will need to reuse the original screw.

Currently SWISCO does not carry a backplate for the 22-010 antique brass key pulls.

This key pull takes a #6 machine screw, length depends on the drawer or door thickness it is being applied to.
