how do i remove bottom bi fold pivot receiver/holder #23-119 and replace it with same receiver/holder #23-119. I would like to shorted my closet door.

This type of hardware is force fitted into a hole in the closet door. You should be able to pull out the part with a pair of pliers. Maybe start using a straight blade screw driver and try to pry up the nylon collar on the housing. Be careful not to damage the door and the pivot if you are going to reuse it.
