thermal gard window-moisture between panes

A home owner from Paoli, Pa 19301 says:

I need to replace the glass on three for my thermal gard windows which were purchased about 12 years ago. Where can I order them and find a reputable installer. The reason for replacement is they are becoming foggy between the panes.

Also the tilt button of the window locks popped out for two of the windows and need to replace.

The Thermal Guard windows are very hard to repair. You will need to try to find a local glass company near you. Sorry we do not have any contacts for you in Paoli.
