I have a customer that needs a new track and window crank set up. The problem I am having is the track is 16 inches. The window is 16 inches. Do you have any replacements for it. Or a suggestion? Thank You. Felicia Ham

I believe you might have an Andersen window part. Take a look at the 39-094 Andersen straight arm operator and track.

I do not think the advice is on the right track. No pun intended. That still has a 13 in track. the track that I have is 16" long. So, am I looking for a 9 inch are for it. I was hope to buy the whole unit. I have a 16" width to fill. Thank You

The Andersen operator 39-094 does come with a 16" track.
