Currently the 39-014 wood window crank operator is only available in the color dark bronze.

Can these wood windopw operators, replace pella or Anderson operators? The windows I'm repairing, are in a rental unit, and don't have to be the very best, but they do have to work?

The 39-014 wood window operator is not made to replace a Pella or Andersen window operator. It can be done but it would be a lot of work and additional hardware. You are better off choosing a better replacement window operator. There are Andersen and Pella replacement window operators on SWISCO.com
