Replacement flush mount locking mechanism for Andersen 400 Series casement windows (1995 to 1998). This long tandem lock is used on windows that measure greater than 52-13/16". Genuine Andersen product. This part is left handed, which means it locks on the left hand side of window as viewed from the inside looking out. See the 38-162L for the opposite handed version.
