Product Description

Face mount keeper for latch mechanism; mounted on a vertical wall on the profile. Used on sliding and hung windows. Has slotted installation holes, will fit 11/16" hole centers through 1-5/16" hole centers. In white finish.

Helpful Tip!

This part does not include new fasteners. Do not throw away your original screws, you will need them for the installation of your new part.

We have broken window locks to single pane jeld wen windows installed in 2005. Two locks to each window and they are broken. Color is bisque or beige. Want to replace.

90-252 latch replacement challenge

I ordered and received a replacement latch 90-252. I unscrewed the old latch and went to install the new, only to discover that the screw holes had disappeared... It is unclear whether something inside the window has fallen down or changed alignment, but there is now metal blocking just inside the ... (cont.)

I need 2 latch assemblies. I can send some pictures so you may help me with what I'm looking for also I have a window that is broken on the inside, not sure if this is repairable?
