Product Description

Replacement 2-point mortise lock with pocket trim-plate. Installation holes measure 12" on hole centers. Used in wood and vinyl sliding patio glass doors. Includes installation fasteners. Features an anti-slam button, a mishandling device, assures that the door is shut before the lock can be actuated. This feature prevents potential damage to the locking bolts by not allowing the bolts to be extended unless the door is closed against the frame. This is a genuine AmesburyTruth sliding glass door lock.

Do I need the anti-slam button?

My lock matches the 82-239 but does not have the anti-slam button. Do you have another lock without the button? Or can I drill a hole in the face-plate?

The machine screw holes are 3 7/8" apart. On the inside, there are markings that say "Imperial USA" and "Keynetic". on the inside, the metal bar inside that turns the locking mechanism sheared off. If I can just get that small metal bar, that would be great. If I need to replace the white handle ... (cont.)
