Hello, I need replace met parts to match the pictures attached. I need the pivot lock shoe as well as the coil balances shown. Tenant move into this condo and tried to open one window and it was very difficult to move. Tenant caused damage trying to move it. I need help with fixing that window and potentially others.

Hi, hope you can identify these parts for replacement. The sticker on window sash says "series 380DH" also has "H-R25-47x73". The coil part has #7.5 35" printed on it, also I can see the numbers PAT 5232208. The 2208 is clear but the 1st 3 numbers are questionable. The pivot pins are both slightly b ... (cont.)
