7/8" Top Sash Guide

Older home from the 80s. I think it's called a sash stop? I cannot find one that matches the demensions.

I am thinking Series 385 29 inches is the correct replacement. Would you agree? Also for a top sash guide the dimensions of the 18-094 match mine but mine has an elongated slot vs. two holes. Need help finding a part that matches. They are from a house built in the late 80's. I believe the windows are original to the house. It seems most of the house is builder grade including the windows if that helps.
