Malta roll out window weather seal

A quick learner from Gainesville, FL says:

I am trying to find replacement weather seals for these Malta rollout windows. They are 28 years old and some of the weatherstripping is brittle and broken. The windows measure 45" x 22" and I have eight of those windows. I cannot tell from your website if this is one of the weather stripping's that you carry. I am located in Gainesville Florida. I am a homeowner.

I'm not sure what these may be. Would you be able to show us a clearer picture of the end profile? I've never seen one with this shape, and I'm not sure if I'm just looking at it wrong. Can you also tell me how this installs in the window? Maybe seeing it installed would help.
