045 Pivot Bar Assembly

I am looking for the pivot bar; the pivot lock code is 045, my window has a pivot bar assemble inside, but it is missing the pivot bar

I'm afraid I don't recognize this assembly. I especially don't recognize the bracket you show in your third photo. Is that where the pivot bar inserts to interact with the balance? If not, can you show me that?

If you have any other window in the house that may still have its old pivot bar, seeing that one would be a huge help.
